Attention Deficit Disorder is a psychological term currently applied to anyone who meets the diagnostic criteria for impulsivity (buying on an impulse), hyperactivity (calls up agents incessantly as to why we aren’t moving faster) and/or inattention (you finally get bank approval and find out buyer got distracted by something else) and can’t complete the task.
